Soft. Great fit! Straps are high quality and durable. Pouch is perfect and holds the boys up and out of the way. Gives you a more full looking bulge with almost anything you might wear, especially basketball shorts. I have purchased many of these since I like the so much. Nate from Colorado

I have looked for a jockstrap like this for many years; one that does not bind and crush my genitals under my shorts. I am older, but very fit and athletic. I run and go to the gym several times a week. The AnatoMAX pouch system lets my junk hang loose, but keeps everything in place so that they are not exposed or in motion while I exercise.
