I'm only aware of the thong part when I first put them on. When I am home I usually wear a G-string or nothing at all and these are actually more comfortable than being nude. Coverage and support is easily adjusted by changing the position of them forward or backward or sliding the pouch on the waistband. My wife says she is neutral about them but I find her looking more often.
