These are so comfortable that I just bought another half dozen. Super soft cotton. The band up front rides just above the pubic bone which feels awesome. The pouch is key, contains but does not compress, still allows the lads to extend away from the body. Will probably fit best for guy parts towards the top of the bell curve. I’m a couple sizes above 32, still use a medium, because I have a smaller butt.
