An outstanding compression short. Under Armour long compression shorts have been my favorites, but these Core shorts surpass the long shorts. These core shorts provide comfort, stability of quadriceps and hamstrings, and lower back support. The fabric is fantastic. The short washes well and maintains its shape and structure. I work out at least 6 days a week, this is the best under garment to workout in. It works like a compression short but moves in all directions that you move in when working out hard and fast. It does not bind and gives you all the support you need, for spinning, treadmill, weight training and anything cardio.
