This shirt is truly compression, almost like a second skin. Wish I had it when I was a teenager to wear under football shoulder pads. I do not really see an application for it for me now in the summer but maybe in the winter as a first layer. It does seem like a well made product and I felt the price was fair. I usually take XL in shirts but it was too small. I returned and am presently awaiting the credit which seems to be being processed. If I find myself continuing to workout come fall, I will probably reorder in XXL if available. M from Long Island, NY

The black logo on the white shirt makes it impossible to wear under a white dress shirt. Removing or moving the logo would serve the user who wanted to use this item for its compression value.
