I had cancer surgery that required partial removal of one rib. Since the surgery the ribs and surrounding area would get very painful with anymore than minor exertion. I have one of these that I ordered from another company a few years ago, but it's wore so thin that it really didn't provide any support in the back any longer. My weight is 196 lbs, and the XL would not fix over my shoulders to get on. I would need a triple X to fit me. Item was to tight and to small to be a XL.

HisRoom Response: This is a compression tank. So these will run a lot smaller than your avg XL. The best way to put it on would be to step in it and pull up. Robert from Clark, NJ 07066
