Please keep this in mind if time is critical. Days in transit begins on the first business day after an
order is shipped. All transit days are business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
UPS cannot deliver to P.O. or APO boxes. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.
Insurance
You may insure your shipment at checkout for an additional fee of $2.00.
We highly recommend that you select this option. If your order is insured, HisRoom will promptly resend your order if the package cannot be located within 15 business days from the date you notify us that the package has not been received, or as soon as the replacement items are available. Please understand this timeframe is what our carriers require when insurance claims are submitted.
If you reject the insurance option at the time of purchase, HisRoom will not be responsible for merchandise that may be lost or damaged in transit.
International Shipping
Sorry, but at this time we only ship to the United States (including territories and protectorates) and Canada.
We ship to Canada via UPS Worldwide Express Saver. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
An Extended Area Surcharge may be charged on shipments to remote areas. You will be notified during checkout if this fee applies.
This shipping method includes all applicable customs and brokerage fees; however, GST and PST may be levied. These taxes are beyond our control.
Email Shipment Confirmation
On the day your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. We usually send these confirmations towards the end of the day.
