I just need to comment on how disappointed I am in the "Naked Briefs". By reading the descrlption of the "new improved pouch" you would think it would be more comfortable then the original pouch. I own about twenty of the original low rise model brief. They were very comfortable and had a roomy pouch. The only thing I didn't like was the waistband, being low rise, was to low and binding, and the leg openings were to tight. So after reading the descrlption of the "naked briefs", I assumed they would be roomier and more comfortable. So I ordered 10 of them from Hisroom. When I tried it on, I couldn't believe how tight and uncomfortable the pouch was. The waist band and leg openings were great, but for some reason the pouch was tight and irritating. When I laid it side by side with my old model low rise briefs, I saw that the pouch was at least 1.5 inches SMALLER/ SHORTER then the old pouch, leaving much less hang room. And then describe them as being "Naked" I assumed they would be more comfortable then the model briefs, but instead they are awful!! These pouches are now no better then anyone elses design, and I find that I can't even wear them. This was deceptive advertising by Obviously and I am very disappointed it the product.
Obviously For Men Response: The Naked pouch design was developed based on the feedback of several customer surveys totaling thousands of wearers of Obviously. We did our best to incorporate those changes that our customers were telling us that they wanted in our products. Part of the common feedback was that the pouch size was too large and there was a significant amount of excess fabric. To rectify this we reduced the depth of the pouch while still retaining its anatomical nature. We have had some great feedback on the Naked product, although I respect that this new design does not suit your particular body size/shape.
It is never our intention to mislead our customers, in fact, we work hard to always take our customer feedback into consideration when making any changes to our products.
Given your situation, I would recommend that your stick with the Modal Range products as these products feature our original anatomical pouch design in the size that suits you.
