I have only found one company that makes men's underwear that is actually designed correct for adult males. That company is Obviously for Men. Roy from Utica/MI/USA

All Obviously are extremely comfortable. Wonderful support. Bikini is very low rise and similar to a jock strap. There isn't quite as much support so package is not as prominent. Good choice for wearing under board shorts. Boxer offers most support, which means your package is sticking out a little more ... Too much for my taste. Low rise and regular rise briefs are very similar. I love both for sports and wearing around town. However, you may be uncomfortable in wearing these under thin garments since your package will be more obvious than bikini version - but less obvious than boxer. John from Atlanta

Very unusual when you put these on they virtually dissapear and you are confortable all day. Nice fabric that takes laundering well. Pouch seems on the large side at first but it adapts and keeps everything away from the thighs which makes them confortable for all day wear. And I love the colors. Carlos from Stoneham, MA

I've found other anatomical briefs to be too large for my package although I consider myself to be an average-sized man...these fit just right. Bobby from NY

Super comfy, puts things in the right place while still being supportive. Coverage on the behind could have been a little fuller, but wouldn't deter me from buying more of this brand. Matthew from New York

KLF said it, almost. Imagine if women's bras did nothing more than squish their breasts to their chests. That is the current state of men's briefs. Obviously For Men is truly revolutionary. Yes, I am wearing a pair right now. I wore them during a fast walk, a workout, and a bicycle ride today. In each and every case, I was impressed if not amazed. My only wish, given the 'green' advertising, is that this product was manufactured on the same continent that it was sold. There is nothing green about shipping a product across oceans to another continent. My purchase was a test case. Once the product is manufactured a few thousand miles closer to home, I'll replace my entire underwear collection with Obviously for Men. It truly is a revolution in mens underwear. These fit your body real well and feel good too. I like how the pouch holds the boys. The only difference between going commando and wearing these is that your package is held away from your body. Tiny from Ohio

The first day I wore these briefs, I kept asking myself if I was wearing any underwear. The fabric is extremely soft and allows the body to breath in a way that is very natural. Additionally, the brief allows you to hang freely. If I could only wear Obviously's brief for the rest of my life, I would die a happy man. John from NY, NY

Underwear for a man is like a bra for a woman; it's intended to DO something, and these pair certainly do. This is definitely the most comfortable underwear I've ever owned. The material is extremely soft and stretchy, and I love the "no tag" itch-less waistband. The pouch in the front is perfect and has plenty of room for the goods without mash or damage. I think this may be the perfect design for men's underwear. Highly recommended. KLF from East Tennessee

Possibly the most comfortable underwear ever. Soft comfortable fabric and waistband molds to your body while the pouch forms an actual pouch to separate and cradle your genitalia from your body. You make an initial adjustment by pulling up the brief so your balls fall into the pouch, then you are set all day. The pouch lifts and separates. Very well made, though I'm not sure if the soft modal stretch fabric will be tough as other fabric to last thru washings or workouts. 0_o from Ohio

The very most comfortable briefs I have ever worn. The pocket/pouch is at once freeing and perfectly supportive. These briefs must be tried to be believed. It is hard to think that it has taken so many centuries to finally create the perfect underwear, but here it is! Nathan from Salt Lake City
