Service and shipping were great. However, this product was a great disappointment. Nothing like similar items that I have by this brand name. Am returning unopened packets and will search elsewhere for something useful to me. Mainly a design change from what I am familiar with. I ordered a medium size. While it had medium written on it, it was clearly a small. I'm not one of those who deludes himself into thinking I'm thinner than I am. Whenever I buy a medium size shirt, it always fits. This did not. Because they were undergarments, I decided to keep them. I had to stretch them out to wear them but it would have been too much of a hassle to return them. 5L from los angeles
