Usually a size small works for me. However, small in this case means maybe a 10 year old. The item seems well constructed, but order a size larger than your normal choice. Thanks, A.

I have never worn a jock strap before and did not know what to look for. Additionally, I was purchasing a jockstrap for post vasectomy recovery. I did not want to spend the money for something I would only wear once; in other words I wanted support and style. I found it in spades.
