Very comfortable. Size seems a little off (for me), as I probably should have gone with "L" instead of "XL" (I am at the "low end" of the "XL" range). The tags have been a bit bothersome at times - I wish they didn't exist at all. Other than the "tag issue", I am very satisfied and would certainly consider purchasing them again. This brief fits perfectly and is very comfortable and I like the look of silk satin. I've ordered Mansilk silk briefs many times and rarely wear anything else. I'd recommend to anyone who wants to move beyond cotton which I find too bulky.
