Size: MI use this thong under tights for running. Don't be put off by the very thin "between the cheeks" string ... it is because of this that this thong literally disappears when you put it on, and is more comfortable than my Calvin Klein thong and my Mansilk knit thong. I just take it into the shower with me and hand wash it after a run. Highly recommended. Jon from Fresno, CA

Unlike the Man Silk pouches, the thongs tend to run slightly small. If Medium in other brands is "snug", it will be tight with this one. It will still work, and they all stretch a little over time. Size: xlI usually size up and the pouch is still a little snug on this thong. Otherwise its a comfortable thong and I can wear it all day. I wear nothing but thongs and have for a number of years now. Quality seems to be very good. I always hand wash my thongs and hang dry them and they seem to last. Jerry from Illinois
