Perfect for low cut jeans. Unbelievably comfortable. Just remember to size DOWN or the waist band will be at your waist in case you don't want it there. If you do your normal size will work. Also remember to hand wash in cold water with delicate detergent. Jim from Port St Lucie, FL,USA

The Man Silk pouches are very comfortable, but they do run large. If you usually order a medium - or a large in the other Man Silk thongs - the waistband will sit at your waist. If you wear low cut jeans, the band will show. Yes, I do wear a small in the pouch and a large in the others. The pouch is roomy - almost too roomy in your usual size. I just received my order of three more pair only this time I ordered large instead of extra large. I cant believe how great these fit me, and how super they feel on. Too loose. No support or form. Ride a little high. Doesn't enhance anything very well, or at all.
