Feels very nice with this material, but for the best fit go one size up as it is tighter than expected. It still fits good. It's just tighter than other brands or styles. The Intymen sport thong in medium is perfect, so this is slightly smaller. jm from springtx

Never owned a thong until my wife bought me this one. Much more comfortable while running than boxers. I was very suprised at how it does not feel like a wedgie. The pouch could be a bit bigger, but is very supportive. H.B.
