Does not fit right. Directions say what to put through the hole, and everything ends up in the hole. Very uncomfortable.

Intymen Response: Honestly we don’t really get too much bad feedback on this product. All I can suggest is that this certain type of underwear may not be for him. If he wants the “lift and bulge” a c-ring gives him like the Ntym01-6110 has, he may want to purchase a c-ring separately that contours to his, and I hate to say this, “size” and wear more conventional Intymen underwear with it. While lovely when viewed from the outside, this apparatus is not designed to be worn by a Homo sapiens, gender male. As the old gag has it, this item is like a cheap hotel: no ballroom. I purchased two and returned the one I hadn't worn for a day--uncomfortably tried to wear would be more accurate. The concept makes sense, but the actual design--oy! Michael from Pacifica/CA/USA
