My husband has worn this Hanro brief for many years. However, I did not have the model number. It is difficult to obtain. I had to search many sites until I found HisRoom. I tried different models, not knowing from the web site which was the correct one; some I had to return because they were not the correct model. Eventually I found the right brief. The company, regarding ordering and returning were extremely efficient, I ordered different briefs and had to return them for credit. The credit was attended to immediately, as were the replacements. I was more than satisfied with the service and will continue in the future to purchase this item from HisRoom.
