The next best thing to wearing nothing at all! Extremely comfortable! My girlfriend thinks its 'hot'. My only issue is that the pouch is a bit small hence I have a hard time keeping everything where it should be; Hence the four stars. Definitely adds some serious enhancement. Love this item. Plenty of room to keep everthing up and out of the way, and the straps definitely maximize your profile. Also the mesh net adds a lot of sensitivity to your package. Feels awesome would of gave it 5 stars if there were more color options. Mike from NY

This item was actually really comfortable. The "lift" that it gives you is surprising and isn't obvious if you're wearing pants. I thought the mesh would have been uncomfortable but its not. Good choice I think. Dean

As an avid wearer of thongs, I was intrigued by this one, with the "uplift." As my wife puts it, I'm not small, so I was somewhat concerned as to how it would fit under jeans - my pants of choice most days. I was pleasantly surprised to say that this thong lifts in a way that makes everything still fit perfectly. The mesh is an awesome addition, too. It heightens nerve sensitivity, and looks great.
