I have a 32" waist so I ordered the Medium first, but that was clearly too small so I returned it and ordered the Large. It fits somewhat better, but still it's not what I'd call comfortable. I do like the way the front fits snugly and lifts my package out and away, but the overall cut of the brief is so lowcut that the rear coverage rides up my butt cheeks with the slightest movement. I prefer Obviously's package-lifting brief, for the fit as well as the material. But, I do enjoy the see-through mesh of Gregg's briefs. I really was hoping to love these briefs, but I just can't. the fact that you can see the penis through them is pretty nice. it is very breathable. it feels like you are not wearing any underwear and you can feel your clothes touching your skin. the jewels and all are hanging pretty freely. if you have a big butt like me it is best to go one size larger or else they will ride up Ronnie from USA
