This compression shirt is similar to other higher-end athletic compression shirts on the market (ZOOT, 2XU, Adidas PowerWeb, etc). Great back support, and good compression on arms, shoulders, and abs. Suggestion: If you're in-between sizes like I am, size up rather than size down. It's a workout just to get this over my shoulders, upper back and chest. It may have been ok if it was singlet, but I wear the Vneck. Gil from TX
