Size: MThis is the BEST undershirt I have ever worn! It really makes my chest and waist look great, somehow making my chest look muscular. The shirt is tight fitting, looks and feels great, and has a slimming effect. My weight is fine for my height, but I'm not in the best of shape. People who have seen me in these shirts have complemented me on how great I looked in them, even telling me I look sexy. When you're in your 50's, and have no time to work out, you really appreciate comments like that. The dark colors have the most flattering effect, but the white has a surprisingly slimming effect, too. I usually wear medium in other brands, but sometimes large. I've tried both sizes in this shirt, and both fit well, and both have the same flattering effect. The medium is pretty tight, but still comfortable.
