Modern CK brief. Sleek waistband stays low and out of sight. The waistband has an inside fabric tag that is offset toward your right hip, it's just different. The contoured pouch is very supportive and feels the same at the end of the day as when you first put on in the morning. I personally would like a little more material in the seat, but everything stays in place. The sizing runs a little small. I like the twightlight color with the color matching logo.
