Length is nice to tuck into pants. Sleeve length is also long. This does not ride up the arms but, I find the sleeves poke out from many of my poloshirts. Great for dress shirts! SOFT and comfortable. I am 6'-1" so sleeve length issue may be due to being on low-end of the tall scale for clothes. Chris from Ocean Springs MS
