These are the only underwear I wear. I'm 6'1" 184 lbs and the Medium fit great. They don't stretch out much, even if you have to wear them a 2nd day in a row, and don't ride up. Jason from Lenexa KS

The fit is good and the fine cotton weave is soft. Material and construction is better than Jockey's equivalent but the CK is also more expensive. The waistband could be a bit tighter (offer more resistance) and my preference would be for a horizontal fly as in the Jockey product as opposed to the vertical fly on the CK product. This item IS really the best underwear out there. As the guys above say, "They REALLY are soft, fit perfectly, and feel great! These are dynamite underwear. They are the closest thing to going natural, except with just the right amount of support. I love these!!! Over the past 12 months, I have spent over $500 trying virtually every brief or boxer brief on the market, including those $60 models. Finally, this one is perfect.
