The sling is a little uncomfortable. I tried these and the 2xist lift ones and I must say I like the 2xist better. I cut the sling out, and they do make a good pair of trunks without the hardware. Josh

I have a medical condition which requires I purchase undergarment with sling support. Your excellent product does the job ideally for me. The only downside for me personally is the cost, however they are worth the extra cost for the relief and comfort they offer. I'd give them a 10 overall but just wish they were more affordable.
