the waist fit fine but the crotch was too small, everything was crowded together down there. I'm not sure maybe i ordered the wrong size, maybe my "you know what" is too long or maybe thats just the style but other than that it is comfortable. joe from ny

Agree with other comments about size. I usually wear large sweats or shorts, and pants that are 36" usually fit me. When the jock arrived I was a bit surprised at how small the waist was, even for a large. I got this brand because I will be wearing it daily following vasectomy surgery and I wanted some cotton in the pouch so it would be more comfortable, which it is. (I didn't buy XL because I thought the pouch might not be tight enough.) I've "aged" the waistband some by stretching it out over a number of days and the product will work great for me for now and also for workouts in the future. Steve from Reno, NV
