I originally ordered the medium being my waist size falls right into the middle of that size range. I'm a tall thin runners build and the medium was too small in the backside which had to be returned and exchanged. The sizing chart runs small! I'm actually irritated that with my body size I'm a large in this product. I am NOT a large! Beware buyers. Buy a size up from your norm!
