Great thong! The comments are right - size up. I am normally a medium and I ordered a medium. It fits great, but it is just a little tight after extended wear and the pouch is just a tad too small. I have ordered several other brands, and recently returned a couple. However, this one is so... comfortable. It runs small, so order 1 size up.
