I was very pleasantly surprised how comfortable this thing was. I have a 36" waist and ordered a Large which is a little time, but still OK. I then order an XL which is much better. One would think a narrow back strap is the more comfortable - not so. Actually, a slightly wider strap that can fold is much more comfortable. Clever makes a very good thong. I wear thongs a lot and this is definitely one of my favorites. It's very well designed overall - perfect for the male body.
