I found the trunks to be comfortable to wear even for long periods of time and they did what I was looking for, smoothing out that spare tire. I never ran into any issues with it rolling over at the top, but lengthening the top by 1 or 2 inches would make these even better. I will most definitely buy more in the future. Item as described. Not a miracle worker, but a nice help. Moved what pudge was hanging over my belt upward and gave me a more powerful looking chest. Advice: order your true size. I did and it's still quite snug. If you are on the fence, go up a size. Charles from Tennessee

They certainly do work well. Though I am slender to begin with (purchased as an experiment of sorts) they make a discernible improvement in figure that is quite evident even under boxier clothing. In my opinion the transformative effect they have is fun and worth the price. These underpants do come with trade-offs. To work they constrict the stomach so you will never forget that you are wearing them. Furthermore, don’t expect to use a public urinal with these on. It’s stalls only. I was not overly impressed. The top rolls down to the waistline and sitting in it proved problematic. It bunches at the waist and has to be pulled back up. It did help sligtly to flatten and smooth out love handles but not as much as I would have hoped

2xist Response: -Unfortunately the comments are correct. If the customer is well above the size for the item, it will roll over. Meaning, this garment is meant to “smooth” out lines but it cannot take you down a waist size, which unfortunately some customers are using it for. Also where the control top hits, is an area that causes the rolling.

We discussed adding boning or an additional waistband to correct this, however it makes it incredibly uncomfortable for the customer. Instead we are adding a boxer brief to this line for next season, where the waistband will go even higher and prevent the rolling. Ken from Eickard

I am not overly impressed. The garment does not suck in my "love handles" as expexted. The top seems to roll down to my waist far to easily and is absolutly useless if I sit down

HerRoom Response: Your symptoms all point to needing a larger size. We suggest you try a size large. Also, this garment will smooth but not reduce your waist measurement more than an inch. Al from Iowa

Yes they do help by smoothing you out and sucking you in a little, but they go up to just below your ribs making you look curvy. I would not recommend these. mike from La Puente, CA
