These are the most comfortable briefs I've ever owned. Elastic around legs keeps them from riding up and the waist is just right. The fit is full and not tight but not baggy. I don't know who made these but they're not genuine 2xist underwear. The size and fit are all wrong.

The size was simply too big for me. I'm usually size 30 but I was forced to return them. Couldn't give a fair review since I never wore them

2Xist Response: On the 1039, it’s numerically waist sized, so that sizing is precise. They are not sized SM, MD, LG or XL, but sized 30, 32, 34, 36, 38. So if the customer is a size 30, they should buy a size 30. The only thing that might throw them off is the rise is very high on this style (it’s structured like a traditionally high rise brief) where as our 1003 Contour Pouch is a more modern fit brief with a lower rise and more fitted style. If he’s a size 30 and finding the 1039 too big, he should try a 1003 size Small. Jakob from Portland, OR
